We had a great meeting !! If you missed it, we MISSED YOU!!!
We had A LOT of new faces!! WOO HOO!!! We are so happy you joined us and can't wait to get to know you better!! We started out the meeting with

So excited for each of you!!
Our creative activity today was learning how to sew on a button!! I think we ALL needed this. Either to learn from scratch or be reminded. We sewed buttons on little pouches! Thanks Lydia and Erin!! If you need step by step instructions you can visit HERE!!
Our theme today was Building Relationships! We watched a dvd from MOPS international that encouraged us to build that community! It is SO important to have one! One that you can depend on in times of need, times of just needing an adult chat, or a little encouragement!
This is one of the greatest investments you will make as a mom and wife! I know I don't know what I would do without my community! It is SO true that it takes a village to raise a child. Selecting the best village is creating a healthy environment. Meet friends at the right places to produce the best friends for you and your family.Make sure you surround yourself with supportive friends. The best friends share the same faith! It gives you a commonality! Don't be afraid to ask these friends for help! Good friends help unconditionally and without expecting anything in return!!
Along the lines of helping out... we are happy to say that Kelly Gooch will be stepping up as Coordinator while Amanda is out on "maternity leave"! Then next year they will team up for an amazing year of MOPS! It is going to be a fun ride!! If you are interested in joining us on that ride and helping out in any area, drop us a line!
Thank you so much for participating in our Jan. outreach! We were able to bless the church with lots of toiletry items! Next month is diapers!! Keep your eyes open for good diaper sales!
